Refund policy

At B-Loved Holistic Health, our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we want you to be happy with your order.

Due to the personal-use nature of our skincare, body-care and wellness products, and for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Herbal teas, Fire Cider and other consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Unopened Products

If you change your mind about an unopened, unused, non-consumable product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
