Terms of service
Welcome to B-Loved Holistic Health. By visiting our website or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Products & Availability
B-Loved Holistic Health products are handcrafted in small batches. Many of the herbs used in our products are garden grown, hand harvested, wild harvested or locally sourced where indicated.
Because our products are handmade and botanical ingredients can naturally vary, slight differences in colour, aroma, texture or appearance may occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not affect the intended use of the product.
Product availability may vary. While many products are ready to ship, some products may need to be freshly made to complete an order. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for order preparation before shipping.
Herbal & Wellness Information
Information provided on this website about herbs, botanicals, traditional herbal uses and wellness is provided for general educational purposes.
Statements describing traditional herbal uses refer to historical or traditional use and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a product will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease or medical condition.
Our products and website information are not intended to replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, have allergies or sensitivities, or take medications, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using herbal or wellness products when necessary.
Always follow the directions and cautions provided with each product.
Skincare & Topical Products
Everyone's skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use and performing a small patch test when trying a new topical product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
Products intended for external use should be used only as directed and should not be ingested.
Herbal Teas & Consumable Products
Please review product ingredients and cautions before consuming our herbal teas, Fire Cider or other consumable products.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for them, particularly where allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding or existing health conditions may be relevant.
Orders & Pricing
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, prices and photographs on our website are accurate.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing or discontinue products when necessary.
An order may be cancelled or refunded if a product becomes unexpectedly unavailable or if an error affects the order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped according to the shipping options displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
